    what healthy salad dressing would you suggest that has less sugar content? Thanks

      Pre-made salad dressings are convenient but they are often very high in sugar and high in calories. Believe it or not home made salad dressings are simple to make and much more affordable than pre-made salad dressings. Here's one that we love: 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil Let us know what you think at your next appointment!
